Life is like a roller coaster, full of ups and downs, and people can at times get overwhelmed especially in the down moments. I take pride in providing individualized and high-quality mental health services in a safe, nurturing and nonjudgmental space to help people develop effective coping skills, alleviate their symptoms, and improve their overall well-being.

 I work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and develop goals and individualized treatment plans as I believe everyone is unique and deserves to be heard, respected, and understood.I have experience treating a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, body dysmorphic disorder, addiction, low self-esteem, ADHD, anger management, behavioural problems, grief/loss, trauma, stress, adjustment/life transitions, and difficulties with relationship/assertiveness/coping skills. I work within evidence-based eclectic approaches. 

Helping people is my passion; it comes easily and gives me a sense of fulfillment. I’ve always gone out of my way to counsel people who are in distress, to help improve their quality of life. I strive to provide a warm, safe, genuine and nonjudgmental environment. I work collaboratively and draw upon client’s strengths to build resiliency.
